One almost has to be a lawyer to read this piece, but nevertheless I think it's very important since a successful Supreme Court challenge to the constitutionality of the ObamaCare act would blow the whole thing out of the water. The key issue here is whether one can be penalized by the feds for NOT doing something! If the SCOTUS say that is okay, what other activities might the feds force citizens to engage in lest they feel the long arm of Uncle Sam's gendarmes? Good example of case law precedent that could indeed mean trouble for ObamaCare.
