Thank you, Fowl. We're actually in pretty damn good company. With which, if we're realistic, we don't belong. Our strength of schedule is at the bottom of that list. We've played tomato cans and cupcakes a majority of the time. We SHOULD have a great winning percentage against competition like that. I would agree that comparing us to most of the teams on that list is an apples vs oranges exercise... However, Boise State is only a notch or so above us, if that (based on recent results, not their "glory days"), and I don't know a lot about Appalachian State, but I suspect they're in the same range as us and Boise when it comes to strength of schedule, so we're not alone in having an inflated resume on that list because of soft schedules.

Until the offense is fixed, we win won’t a mwc title.
I hope rocky realizes it’s time to change things up.

Ya know, it's funny how the Boise State fans are similar to us. We're both winning, but are dissatisfied by the way we're winning. Our gripe is only about the offense, theirs is about HC Harsin for some reason. Nevertheless, both fan bases have higher expectations than the others in this conference.

The 5-year analysis is a valid one. However, the program's former upward momentum has slowed as evidenced by a winning percentage of 68.4% over the last three seasons. Further evidence and what I admittedly find the most frustrating is where we are in comparison to the upper crust of the AAC, a conference we could have been a part of for football. We have won 26 games the last three seasons. That number places us in a tie with Fresno State for second in the Mountain West behind Boise State's 32 victories. It also places us behind Memphis' 29 wins and UCF's 34. UCF has played an SEC opponent in each of its last two bowl games and Memphis has played teams from the ACC and the Big 12. Four other AAC schools have also played a Power Conference opponent in their bowl game during the last two years. Meanwhile we Aztecs have had to content ourselves with games against Ohio and Army with an unsatisfactory outcome in each. Rocky Long is certainly not to blame for SDSU continuing to be a member of the stifling Mountain West but it frustrates me considerably that we didn't get out of that moribund league when we had the chance. It appears to me that others share that view and I think it influences our view of SDSU football generally. I don't know what I loathe more, being in the MWC or Hair Thompson I love the analysis of the data BTW

Why would you label him as not being a fan then? Because he doesn't meet Legkick's purity test. Personal insults aren't tolerated here.

Then why doesn't everybody else with our SOS come close besides BSU and App State? What I'm saying is that we are not as good as those other teams on that list. With our schedule this year each and every one of them would have gone undefeated. BSU lost to BYU

BSU lost to BYU App State lost to Georgia Southern who is about as good as Nevada or Hawaii I can keep going, but that should be enough

I don't get the whole, "OK, Boomer," thing. Why are people referencing a character from Battlestar Galactica??

Obviously the last two weeks (Including one mike drop) Rocky has been upset with all the criticism and is clearly showing it during his press conferences. In the past, Rocky has said he never reads the "fans" forums and does not listen to outside talk. If that's the case why has Rocky been so upset at the last two press conferences? Of course he reads these comments (or is shown them). Otherwise, why the change in attitude with Rocky the past two weeks?
It's been said over an over here its not Rocky the bulk of us have an issue with (He has been great) it's Horton. Rocky's friendship is blinding his decision making on letting Horton go. Rocky just said he has the best defensive line coach in college football (Hoke- I agree). OK Rocky now go out and get the best offensive coach. Horton will still be your friend----Time to cut the cord.

Every fan base in any school would, have higher expections for a better Scoring Offense that is ranked 119 out of 130 and Total Offense 115 out 130.
