But he strikes out too much. Lol...I had to say something bad about the guy. He is just a fun player to watch. And really, REALLY good.

He's likely a top ten MLB player by next season at the age of 21. His 162 game splits are incredible : 41 home runs, 35 stolen bases, 15 triples (which I don't think has ever been done in the modern era) and he is 20. It's absurd.

Became the youngest Padre in franchise history to get 4 hits in a game on Sunday, while using a move worthy of The Matrix movies to avoid getting back to first safely after being picked off.

Eric Byrnes raves about Tatis on MLB tonight. Calls him the most exciting player in baseball other than Trout.
I love the audacity Tatis shows on the bases, maybe the best base runner since Jackie Robinson.

I love Fernando Tatis Jr and never miss an AB of his but Tatis has struck out 15 times in his last 29 ABs since the All-Star break. Wonder if it's got anything to do with him not getting selected. Throw in all the errors and Green needs to do some serious managing of his players to get his 20 year-old head back where it was.
