"He sees himself as a 2-and-done, and if he is indeed that talented, there shouldn’t be an issue cracking 20-25mpg as a freshman. He also, just from an optics standpoint, really seems to want to develop under Acker, as that’s the only reason we’re even on the map."
Is two and done a realistic goal? Che would comepeting with Mitchell (Sr.) and Schankel (Sr.) for PT, but there is also Keshad Johnson at 6'7 200 and Aguek Arop 6'7 220 do see where they net out. Both Johnson & Arop may be more 4s than 2-3 runing the wing.

SDSU's last guy to be a "Two and he was through" was good enough to start his first game as a Freshman. We could definitely use another one of those.

any thoughts on what positions Derrick Alston , Emmanuel Akot and Abu Kigab will be playing for BSU in 2020 - - they will also need PT
would also speculate that BSU HC will say that he was a major contributor to the development of the BSU players and has brought in another high quality assistant that can help develop players for the NBA .
do think it will be helpful to say that we should have quality PG's that can get Che the ball - our current guards and our future PG were there when he visited and of course the connection with Coach Aker .
Have no clue what the current or former BSU players have told Che about their development .We also have the development of Jalen in addition to K.L . Two players that went to NBA after playing two years at SDSU . plus J. Franklin after three years

wonder if his movement up the ratings boards means he may get more calls from other schools
Also if BSU will really try to sell him on the probable PT available for him at BSU in 2020 - and suggest he will be their feature player going forward . Our In Home gives us the additional time to go over any details he and the family see as important - hope we come in prepared and can provide the answers
Do like the thought that we will have quality PG to get him the ball for 2020 and that our freshman PG also coming in 2020 plus be there in 2021- also took the time to come chat with him means something to him
Do not think he is looking at what D league players we have in NBA - much more likely to focus on getting him best prepared to be a player in the true NBA as soon as possible

Che moving up in position ranking after rehab'ing all summer. SDSU vs BSU, decision nextweek. For context, the #34 SF is the last at the position in the 150 so while Che isn't just outside the 150, he'd probably be in the top 200 if Rivals ranked that many.

For context, the #34 SF is the last at the position in the 150 so while Che isn't just outside the 150, he'd probably be in the top 200 if Rivals ranked that many. “When you saw you had fallen out of the rankings or Top 100 largely due to inactivity during live periods, what were your thoughts?” Che - “I never worried with where I was ranked, especially knowing I would miss live periods as well as Elite Camps. In terms of rankings and proving myself, I know there aren’t more than 5 wings in my class more skilled as a shooter off the bounce or catch than I am, so I’m eager to get on the court. I can see where those rankings will change when we all have to reprove ourselves. Let’s relive this conversation when we are all college freshman.” ^^

I’m really high on Che. As many posters have indicated, he would likely be ranked around 100 if healthy. Very excited for his decision this week.

think it was reported BSU will visit 9/9 and Aztecs will visit with him and his family 9/10 and then he could make decision 9/12 -
for those in the know - is he going to HS in Philly area but family lives in the Baltimore area
hope the coaches do their homework for our meeting with him

I am sure Dutch is clear on the SDSU sales pitch as well.
