I've still heard no answers as to why he never played. I saw him dressed so he wasn't sick. He might have helped at the end when we went to a 4 guard line up.

Must have practiced poorly this week. Seems like we could have used him.

Doesn’t sound good? Then again, maybe Dutcher is trying to raise the bar of expectations on this team. There is serious slippage in the program. Easy to see that

All I known is his body language on the sideline during the timeouts was terrible. He was not happy.

It looked like he was semi laying down in his chair with little emotion.

So basically he isn't hurt and shows he doesn't care now?
And there isn't a team leader to light his rear end up for this?
That's what's missing the last now three seasons. An alpha dog who won't let that garbage fly on his team. Like that kid a few years ago from UNLV who forced his teammates who left the court to shake the hands of the Aztecs who just beat them right before he bent down to pick up trash they threw down...while he is yelling the entire time
With the exception of McDaniels, this team is soft

He was frustrating at times, but you never questioned his fire, his effort, and I thought as a senior he was a leader and lightning rod. Have t seen a leader of this type in the program since, and IMO it is missed.

He just tweeted “I am not hurt”. The mystery deepens Did he run to Twitter with a passive-aggressive complaint about playing time?

Dutcher’s: “He didn’t respond great to his frustration after the Boise State game, and as a byproduct of that he had a bad day at practice. Like I’ve always said, I’m going to play the guys who practice well. He can play himself back in if he performs in practice.”

I like it. Discipline might have a lagged effect, but I think it usually ends up giving positive results on the court. Plus it's good for the guys

Plus it's good for the guys Maybe it's discipline but so far, Gill-Ceasar, Narain and Montana don't seem to have responded well to whatever Dutcher is attempting to do. Guys play a lot, then don't play much at all. I know practice counts, I know match-ups matter but getting into the flow and being on the court during game-time matters too.

From all the scouting reports.....it seems like Adam Seiko would be that leader or has a chance to be in future. Too bad he missed so much time and had to redshirt.

It's too bad he was held out in this game as this is the type of game we could have really used him with Pope in foul trouble in the first half and then hurt in the second. Going to 4 guards at the end with McDaniels at the 5 didn't seem to work well defensively.

Montana can't shoot a lick but he's pretty good defensively and he can rebound. Definitely could have used him late.

Dutch is saving him for practice , where he is a really good shooter I'm told.
