"Even lower"? He's at 48 percent here. Where was Reagan in '82?

I guess, however, you didn't bother to read the article, it wasn't about popularity as much as international politics and his ham-handed actions to date. Joe forgot to add these to his list...

The Republiscam Run public Opinion Polls are always phony.
Obama is clearly the most popular president in American history. I have interviewed thousands of teachers and social workers and Federal clerical workers, and the approval rating is well over 80 percent.

The Republiscam Run public Opinion Polls are always phony. Citing Rasmussen is on par with citing Faux News as a credible source. =Bob

I thought being popular overseas was a bad thing? Or was that only in 2008?

I thought being popular overseas was a bad thing? Or was that only in 2008? It is fine to be popular if you have credible positions on issues and some level of respect from other nations. That is not Obama.

I thought being popular overseas was a bad thing? Or was that only in 2008? It is all relative. Who's your relative is more important in south east Asia and in Latin America. In Africa, it is who's the Big Man. In Southwest Asia, it is who's your god. In Europe it is industry and money that swings the vote.
