Maybe entrance is complimentary, but it costs anywhere from $10-$20 to eat there (at the tailgate on college), and they are generally looking for ASU Alumni.

Don't have any specific names of restaurants, but there are plenty of good restaurants on University Dr. (runs West/East), or Mill Ave. (runs North/South).
These two streets meet just out side the west side of the campus not far from the stadium.
