..wants them to move back to San Diego.. www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-is-reportedly-upset-with-chargers-wants-them-to-move-back-to-san-diego/This is where it gets bizarre. But the fact is, as giddy as Aztec supporters are regarding the "rise" of the Aztecs, I see this as nothing more than a reflection of the failure of San Diego sports. They have managed to lose every professional sports franchise they've had save one. Pretty much all that's left now is the Aztecs and they aren't leaving. I remember, when the city finally was able to move ahead with construction of a new baseball stadium, Spanos suddenly crawls out from under a rock and serves notice he wants a new stadium too. After an exhaustive battle, I trust the city was in no mood to hear it. THAT may have been when he decided he was leaving San Diego when the time was right. A certifiable idiot.

NFL owners and commissioner are upset with the Chargers move but both the owners and the commissioner approved it. In fact, they bartered the deal between Spanos and Kroenke that facilitated the eventual move. If they didn't want to move, why do any of that let alone ALL of it. They only have themselves to blame. And if the Chargers didn't move to LA, then the Raiders would have.

That community college stadium the Chargers are moving into is not NFL caliber. If I were an NFL owner I would be a little upset, it's poor branding and bad perception.
