Trying to log in last weekend and when I called direct tv they were telling me that the user name and password had already been created and transfered me to three different people to try to recreate a password that was never created.Long story short I had to use game tracker for all the games. Why the heck does ESPN not utilize ESPN U or any of there other channels for these regional games.

I have AT&T U-Verse and had no problem in watching the games on Saturday and Sunday. My only problem was the team that I cheered for had leads in both games and lost both games.

I knew I should have mentioned that I was putting together a party for 50 people on Friday night for Saturday and would rather see it on tv.It was one of those dreaded customer service reps that no one wants to deal with also.

I hook up my laptop with a HDMI cable to my Samsung TV and watch the game on TV. You couldn't do that 10 years ago. If the wife wants to watch something else, I still can see the game and ESPN3 has replays of all the games.
I don't like our football games on ESPN3 because of the lack of national coverage, but for baseball it worked just fine.

a HDMI cable to my Samsung TV and watch the game on TV... Chromecast (& other similar devices) also work well if you prefer a non-wired solution...

Watched the USC game on my computer Sunday with no issues whatsoever. Just go to ESPN.com, hit 'Watch', go to ESPN3 and pick the Aztec game. Friday & Saturday night I watched the games on my big screen at my bar. I bought a Roku last year specifically to watch the few Aztec basketball games that I knew would be on ESPN3. Worked great. The only glitch is that I need to borrow one of my customers Cox user ID & password because DirecTV isn't an accepted provider. Occasionally I'll have issues with the feed freezing but I had no problems this weekend.

ESPN3 is a life (and money)-saver for this household! We don't even have cable. Just rabbit ears. Found the baseball games on ESPN3.com on my computer, and they came in perfectly. Then for extra fun, I used Chromecast to send the feed to my TV. Bingo! Perfectly crisp viewing of all the baseball I could watch.

I'm with Sleepy. Every game that we have had on ESPN I have watched on ESPN3. It makes me wonder, and I apologize in advance if this hijacks the thread, but is online content the pathway to the MWC (or just SDSU) earning more revenue? It seems like a P5 invite is a dim prospect at best. With that in mind, I wonder what can be done with content to increase revenues and try to catch up with the P5? Providing a streaming platform for games would move the MWC in the direction that all TV is going in the near future. Why not get ahead of the curve and try to capture the revenue from it? PS - I know nothing about TV contracts and how the money is made, but I am curious.

ESPN3 is not ideal .... but it works (in most cases)
I would like to see a local network or station step up and broadcast the game locally -- KUSI is able to show ACC games from an ESPN3 feed ... they could do the same for the Aztecs. FoxSportsSD is another candidate that could negotiate for the local rights to Aztecs Sports with the MWC (tier 3) or ESPN (in the case of the baseball regional).

Watched both Saturday and Sundays' games on my desktop computer on ESPN3, via Cox Cable. No sign in, no password. Just ESPN3,com, find the Aztec game on their menu, click and watch. Incredibly easy and reasonable high quality picture too1

Time Warner showed all the Aztec basketball games which were on ESPN3 on their cable system.
Didn't check to see if they did the same for baseball.

ESPN 3 is amazing. All you non Techno geeks don't be afraid.
Download the watch ESPN app
Click on the watch espn app, add your user name and password from you provider (cox, direct tv etc...)
Your in, click and watch live or old archived games.
Get a chromecast or apple tv and stream it to your TV.
It's very simple you can do it!
Also CBS sports badly needs an app, get with the times!

That's the point of the post put your user name and password and I was not in,When I tried to create a account it said we are experiencing technical difficulties and then tried to call and get it resolved and played the transfer game.
