Who, exactly, has A.J. drafted since Buddy Nix was forced out that has made a serious impact on the field? Who has A.J. brought in as a free agent that has made a serious impact on the field? What coaches did A.J. fire and hire? A.J. is a fraud. And the answer to all of those questions for Buddy in Buffalo? Nix has been in Buffalo for less than a year. You cannot judge a GM after only a few months. Sure he was. That's why he's been so successful since he forced Buddy out. His drafts post Buddy have all been busts. All of them. His refusal to sign worthwhile impact free agents has decimated this roster as he's let talented players leave. He fired a great coach and hired a mediocre one. A.J. has torn this team back down - single handedly.

Nix has been in Buffalo for less than a year. You cannot judge a GM after only a few months. He'll have been the GM for a year in December and he's been with Buffalo since January of '09. So You're giving Buddy a pass due to limited sample size but not AJ? You mean all TWO of his drafts since Buddy retired? Buddy Nix hired Chan "freaking" Gailey and you're going to talk about AJ hiring a mediocre coach? Come on man. I know you hate AJ but get real. The sample size for both guys since the split hasn't been large enough to tell anything about who was responsible for the success/failure of the drafts.

With A.J. it's not just the busts that his drafts have been, it's the free angent bungling, and the coach bungling.
What has A.J. gotten right over the last 4 years?
