The easy answer is that it will be difficult to pick up the pieces. But there are some possibilities. www.nationaljournal.com/health-care/what-obama-can-do-if-scotus-cripples-obamacare-20150125Of course, the best plan would be for the President to do something he is loathe to do; namely, admit (most importantly to himself) that he has to honestly collaborate with the Republicans. For their part, the challenge to the GOP is to cooperate but in so doing essentially replace ObamaCare with something better. AzWm

This ruling has to do with subsidies to people in states that refuse to accept them because of purely political reasons. Just another example of Republican hatred and contempt of the poor and disadvantaged.

It is not certain how the Supreme Court will rule, but common sense (not law) says it will go against Obama. The GOP has said it will offer a clear alternative this year so there is an option. When 80% of ObamaKare folks get subsidies, you must ask at whose expense. Chances are it is you and I. We need to get rid of the Rube Goldberg approach and let the GOP craft a same plan.

A clear alternative?? After only 8 years?! HA! The problem is, that the ACA IS a GOP alternative. Common sense - not so common, it appears, coming from your SN. I'd be careful using the term, if I were giving you advice.
