They have talent? I'm serious. None of them looked any good last year when given a shot to shine without Ruffin in the lineup. We could have said the same with all those QB recruits who left or quit. I expect to see improvement in both areas with the new coaches. Their predecessors should have been axed long ago. I did say that. I agree with you. Especially with Sipe who I long suspected as being a legacy hire and retained for the same reason.

A WR Combo of Cumberlander/Judge/Holder/Mills would the the ideal situation for us next year. We have the talent there, they just have to play up to their talent level They have talent? I'm serious. None of them looked any good last year when given a shot to shine without Ruffin in the lineup. Eric Judge was never the same after the Knee injury he suffered in practice leading to the UNLV game. He defiantly looked the part vs North Carolina. Holder has to improve his route running skills but he's talented. He played pretty well when he got the chance unfortunately he didn't play too much he being a true freshman. Mills Is a slot WR who was force to play out of position because of injuries, once you get him back to his correct role I believe he's going to be productive Whoever the QB is next year should have the arm strength to take advantage of the speed these guys have, that's something QK couldn't use because of his arm limitations.

Catching balls for the above mentioned WR is like depending on Skyler Spencer to make a game winning free throw. Just not going to happen with this group. We better recruit two JC wide receiver that can run routes and catch the ball. Next year motto is "No more Excuses."

Agree with dtay on Mills and Holder. Judge and Cumberlander, I'm not optimistic about.

If the OL can control the line of scrimmage . It makes the skill players look a lot better from , QB to RB to WR's . Start out with just short passes and let the WR's catch the ball and get yardage . We have 5 or 6 guys coming back at WR then add another group . Take the guys that can hang on to the ball and move forward . But it starts with controlling the line . So need the center to set the calls .
