Good news-appears that we got a couple of decent JC transfers, as well as some good HS commits.

Good news-appears that we got a couple of decent JC transfers, as well as some good HS commits. Bad news-appears that backup WR Larry Clark and (more importantly) starting center Lenicio Noble have been suspended for the first 6 games next season. Couple Nobles loss with backup center Jordan Smith medically retiring yesterday, and it makes for an interesting dilemma at center going into next season. Thoughts? Why are Clark and Noble suspended for the first six games? Did the team suspend them or the conference? Have no clue as to why, can you fill us in?

Austin Maass, 6-4, 285 has been in the program. Should be a junior(?) Preferred walk-on Ryan Krum 6-5. 325 coming in in the spring. Seems like we're picking up a bunch of OL this time around. If they all make it in the field should tilt a bit given the size.

Hate the mystery that surrounds NCAA suspensions... Pretty much sums up what is on the other board. Not sure if it was NCAA or team violation. We may never know. Just as a CMA, nothing has been announced by the staff yet.

Will the bad news concerning the offensive side ever stop?

At least the coaches know about it now and can plan for it during Spring Ball , Fall then during the first 6 games . next man up and move forward .The center position is the tougher one to fill , do they call the blocking assignments for the OL ?

I think he is now a DB on the depth chart. Might be wrong though. He's back to playing WR Nice. I remember being super excited when he signed as a WR. When he showed up as a DB I was a little bummed.

I had great hope for the kid too but we already have plenty of WRs with manos de piedras.
Give me a "possession" receiver any day of the week over a wideout with great athletic ability who drops half the passes thrown to him.

A WR Combo of Cumberlander/Judge/Holder/Mills would the the ideal situation for us next year. We have the talent there, they just have to play up to their talent level

None of them looked any good last year when given a shot to shine without Ruffin in the lineup. We could have said the same with all those QB recruits who left or quit. I expect to see improvement in both areas with the new coaches. Their predecessors should have been axed long ago.

2014 = 10-2 2015 = 13-0 Maybe we should "Brady" the ball to make it easier to catch.
More worried about Center. but we do have talent to choose from.
