A sobering evaluation of ObamaCare from the Left.

Howard Fineman is, based on my knowledge of him and his work, a serious and non-polemical man of the Center Left (see footnote below on that point). Therefore, his evaluation of the health care bill percolating in the Congress is of more than passing interest. I think his vision on this matter is clear.
