Howard Fineman is, based on my knowledge of him and his work, a serious and non-polemical man of the Center Left (see footnote below on that point). Therefore, his evaluation of the health care bill percolating in the Congress is of more than passing interest. I think his vision on this matter is clear. www.newsweek.com/id/228951(Note on Fineman from Wikipedia: "Besides campaign-year cover stories, Fineman has also covered political topics from a liberal, or progressive, point of view and ideology.") Rahm Emanuel in his fawning over Obama should have said instead, what the rest of America is now saying. Why did we not elect someone up to the job?
