So glad Pumph chose to come back home and become an Aztec. I remember during his recruitment, several were calling him Ronnie Hillman 2.0. Boy did the staff evaluate correctly on this one! Not sure if you guys caught the post game presser but Pumph said Chad Young was down on the sideline during the second half and told him to "step it up"....So he did.
PUMPH IT UP! GO AZTECS!!

Starting his heisman campaign early. dude is amazing. Fun watching him move a pack of defenders 5+ yards and realizing there weren't any OL in the pack helping him. Then he walks out from the pack and he's the size of the DLinemans leg. Incredible. Unfortunately we will only have him one more year.

This young man is so special! One of the few very bright spots of Aztec football.

He won't leave early because he needs to keep bulking up.

He won't leave early because he needs to keep bulking up. Agreed... he's a different build than Ronnie. Much slimmer. Ronnie was always a little bit stockier. He'd get torn up in the NFL at his current weight. Unless he bulks up significantly next year, I see him staying all 4

I wouldn't be surprised one bit if he chose to leave after this year. NFL coaches now want to know how many hits a runningback has taken during his college career because NFLS RBs have such a short shelf life now.
He has nothing more to prove at the college level.

Did he redshirt though? Because you have to stay in college 3 years (or be 3 years removed from high school) EDIT: just looked it up, he did not redshirt, so he'll be back next season. This is only his 2nd year out of high school
