On the Aztec watch list, SG stands 6'0 160 from Folsom, CA.

From Rivals: "...Look for point guard Jordan Ford to debut in the rankings for the class of 2016 when they are next updated. A scoring point guard from Folsom (Calif.) High, the three-star was outstanding for the Oakland Soldiers on Sunday. He loves to utilize the high ball screen and is very dangerous coming off that screen because he can pull up and make jumpers from between 15 and 20 feet and because he has the quickness to get all the way into the lane. Ford lacks strength right now, but the instincts and feel are all there. He told Rivals.com that he has early offers from UTEP, Gonzaga, Cal State Northridge, UC Irvine, UC Davis and Northern Arizona while California, Stanford and Boise State have upped their interest lately. More programs will be jumping into his recruitment soon enough...."

I know we need bigs, but I still like this kids game. sandiegostate.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1719572 Folsom (Calif.) High couldn't quite get by La Verne (Calif.) Damien in a consolation bracket game but it wasn't for lack of effort from their star junior point guard Jordan Ford. The No. 130 player in the class of 2016, Ford has always been able to score off the dribble via floaters, pull-up jumpers and the occasional deep three. However, on Saturday, he showed improved playmaking for others and he did a good job of playing fast and putting pressure on the defense without getting out of control. He still needs to add strength, but he backed up his lofty reputation.

Not sure he's a PG, he's also 6 foot tall so no way is he tall enough to play off ball

Zeigler speaks with the coaches on a regular basis so is pretty solid on his reporting . He had written about Max a while back . Also of note ,as Fisher many times mentions , it is your players/recruits that can be your best recruiters . Definite long shot, but would be fantastic if Narain could talk Humphries into considering SDSU . There are not as many C/PF in the top 12 rated players this year as in years past . So competition could be fierce for the C/ PF's . Our biggest need Great to see Bailey , Cage , Stanback , Kone as options for SDSU plus the guards.

Ford Committed to St. Mary's today. The Ex-Oakland Soldier PG should fit in, in the WCC.

Ford Committed to St. Mary's today. The Ex-Oakland Soldier PG should fit in, in the WCC. JaQuiri McLaughlin has OSU in his final 2-3, so my guess is they couldn't give Ford the option to go there yet.
