Do surprise teams have great bullpens?
They didn't list the 2010 Padres who had the best bullpen in MLB while going 92-70.
I post this because many people think having a good bellpen/closer is a luxury for a team that needs so much more.
We want to be a surprise team. Having a good bullpen (we have the best) is a must.
