but if i were to pick one out of the two based on skills. id take jefferson Watching that I see a guy who is bigger and stronger, but who has lesser skills than McClure. Far less. Also, Jefferson there is a year older than McClure is now, so he's also had another year to grow and build muscle/strength. They're both great players, but McClure is more of the Deion Sanders shut down corner type (except, unlike Neon Deion, McClure can tackle - and enjoys doing it). Jefferson is more from the Rod Woodson school. McClure is also a phenomenal receiver - great hands, amazing ability to elevate and take the ball away from the defender if the pass isn't on the money, and he has moves that make would be tacklers look stupid. Bottom line? You can't go wrong with either one of these guys. (By the way, Vista coach, Dan Williams, said that McClure is better than Leon Hall was. Leon Hall is playing DB in the NFL. Both Hall and McClure played for Vista, and Williams coached them both, so I'll trust his judgment there...)
