Or, it could be prudent management, given the uncertainty of what the cap may be in 2011 or 2012. Why put your team in a hole?
Why they won't re-sign McNeill is beyond me.
Deal VJ already and move on. He ain't coming back.
Moneyballs...how many chicks u got these days? Still balancing about 3 or 4, dog?

That makes sense. I mean, the top ten spenders have sent 2 super bowl winners and 4 super bowl losers in the last 10 years. (Just ignore that the bottom 10 teams also have a super bowl winner and 3 losers in that same decade: i.e. the extra $453.5 million the top ten teams spent (this year) earned 1 more win and 1 more loss.) These number clearly prove that payroll is directly related to super bowl success. Which is why I have selected the winner of the Washington-Dallas NFC champ game to win this year over the winner of the NYJ-Oakland AFC champ game.

So exactly how many SB has the Chargers won? You can count how many by just staring at the thin air.

Same as the Vikings, Eagles, Falcons, Titans, Panthers, Seahawks, Lions, Browns and Texans. All of which have a higher payroll. They do have less SB wins than the Bucs, Chiefs and Broncos. Of course, their payroll is lower than ours.

Watch this year they will win it all. When people least expect it.

4 linebackers out for various reasons, no VJ this team is spinning it's wheels.
