Doubt that anyone would try that tactic. It is more likely that some sort of compromise can be worked out to make obamakare viable or it will fall apart on its own. We have got to remember that the technical problems are not related to the problems with the law itself.

But look at, for example, FreedomWorks and what they are attempting right now on the state level. Again, the computer experts that have come out say that attacks on the sites were unlikely (sans NY), so I'm most likely wrong. Just pointing out that if it isn't happening, it was at least proposed.
