First, let me state for the record that I am not enthusiastic about military action against Assad of Syria. I'm not too enthusiastic about any military action, when you get right down to it. In this case, such action seems very risky at best. But what about the manner in which it seems to be coming about? The key issue before us is whether the President can start wars whenever he feels like it. Obama is arguably not the first to do that (assuming that military action is coming), but he is, after all, our current President. What should we make of this? Does BHO have powers that previous Presidents did not have? www.nationalreview.com/article/356978/obama-embraces-imperial-presidency-john-fundAzWm
