3 D-backs and 2 Dodgers got thrown out tonight following a brawl in the 7th inning. Surprisingly (or not), Zack Greinke was involved again. MLB Network called it a "Fantasy Brawl", because at one point, Mark McGwire was matched up against Kirk Gibson, then Matt Williams. Don Mattingly also got in Gibson's face. Greinke got hit up high by Ian Kennedy--almost in the head--and away they went. No links--it's pretty much everywhere on the internet.

The one thing that stands out to me, is that Greinke was involved again.
When the Greinke Quentin thing went down in April, the whole world sided with Greinke.
Well. The proof is in the pudding. You can't put new stripes on a zebra.

You can't put new stripes on a zebra. You're joking right? Greinke did what any pitcher would and SHOULD have done and that's defend his player. Puig gets hit in the face, the other team deserves retaliation. It just so happens that Greinke was the one on the mound when his guy got hit IN THE FACE. He beans the D-Backs guy and it should have ended thereThe fact that the Arizona pitcher threw at Greinke's head intentionally is awful. Hitting a guy unintentionally in the head is one thing, it deserves retribution but then it should end there. The Diamondbacks took this thing from a level 6 intensity to a f****** 10 by that move. I'm not the biggest Greinke fan but he did what every pitcher should do and that's stand up for his player.

Kennedy hit two guys in the head. He should be gone for at least 25 games but MLB is afraid of the players union.
