Because:
1) AF out hustled us.
2) Tapley and Rahon have lost their outside touch.
3) We played lazy lazy lazy lazy lazy defense until the last five minutes. That ain't gonna cut it.
4) At times Fisher is getting out coached. Is he serious? Playing a 7 man rotation against 10 and 11 man rotations. We are getting worn out 5 minutes into games.
5) Where the hell is a point guard? Where is LFB to break down the defense?

I can't disagree with any of this. The mark of a great team is to play up to your ability all the time. This is not a great team. If we let a bunch of white boys push us around, gonna be one and done in the tourney. If we make it.

I disagree with Tapley losing his outside touch. His wrist is not healthy.

We don't have guys that can put the ball in the hole. Nothing Fisher can do to solve that problem.

Agree with number 4 but it seems Fish isn't going to change the rotation. Hard to get a good feel for the game when you only play 30 seconds or 1 minute, or 3 minutes of garbage time. I really wanted to see an entire game of full court press when i saw the roster this season..oh well!

I disagree with Tapley losing his outside touch. His wrist is not healthy. ^ This. Besides Tapley hasn't even practiced all week and you expect him to make his shots? I think we should've sat him this game and put in Polee in the rotation again and maybe getting Shepard more minutes. Just so Tapley could get back to full form soon. I agree with Tapley though, he's lost his 3 point shooting and seems very, very inconsistent this season.

CTap has been shooting 42% from three this season. His shot is fine he is just injured.

Aztecs lost because team did not defend and missed easy shots! If Chase could not play, he should not have suited up, but he did!
At least, he had the "balls" to play! Give Air Force credit, they played their best game and won the game. As terrible as the Aztecs played, they were in the game with an opportunity to win.
There are no excuses. So what, Chase has an injured wrist or X has an injured lumbar spine. That's why basketball is a "TEAM" game! When teammate has an opportunity to play and is unable to produce, it does not help the team.
Bottomline, Aztecs did not play defense with the intensity and urgency the way they played the last two games. Finally, Aztecs need to stop having a pitty party because so and so player is hurt or so and so player is injrued!
That's a bunch of mularky! Go out and play the game!

Tapley should have never started, very evident by his production today.
On another note James Johnson seems like persona non grata, cant even sniff a minute. I feel bad for the kid, how can he expect to improve his game and grow if he cant get any pt.

This team wins when it hits 5 or more three pointers, and if not...not! (they don't win) Pretty simple!

Team should scrap throwing up 3 point bricks altogether, plain and simple. It sounds stupid, but it makes sense when you look at how many times they will give away a possession just to jack up a 3 point brick. This team should focus on scoring inside the perimeter. Easier said than done.

I just want to throw this out there so that we can end all speculation in such regards.
Rahon is NOT a long distance shooter. He hasnt been for the last two seasons. He is going to hit 2 out of ten from behind the arc. that, my friends, is not worthy of being regarded as a 3point threat. SO, can we all just agree, and stop getting upset when he misses from long distance, that he is a role player and nothing more.

and stop getting upset when he misses from long distance Its not the misses I get upset about, I expect those. Its the taking the shot that burns me.
