Why does it seem like we sprint out to double digit leads in most games, just to lose it just as quickly?
Why can't we keep our foot on the gas and dominate? This stuff needs to be addressed NOW

It's called college basketball. How long have you observed it? The team on the other side wants to play well, and win also, and they don't want to go down to defeat anymore than the Aztecs.
So, as you will notice at times each team goes on a spurt, and catches up, or makes the game extremely close. Many things can cause this to happen , and if you could identify it you would be an expert and makes millions.
I just enjoy the way our team fights, and tries to maintain their composure, and that's what makes the game exciting for me.
No school in the land has an easy game all the time. They all have competition sooner, or later. Try to relax, and enjoy the game because it will never go always the way you want it to, and surprises always come up.

Basketball is a game of runs. In nearly every game someone will have a nearly 20 point lead only to see it dwindle. You can't win every game by 40.
Very rarely in the games I watch will a team get out to a commanding lead and then just coast to victory.
It's one of the things that makes basketball a fun sport to watch.

The Nevada game was the classic example. A lot of times teams go out to a lead, then the trailing team closes the gap, then anything can happen. If you wager on games you would truely understand the ebb and flow....it'll make your heart beat like nothing else!

This stuff needs to be addressed NOW sent at warp speed with my SG3 1. more freshman playing in every game for the Aztecs, 2. star recruit getting a ton of playing time, 3. substitutions to keep the first stringers fresh for the late game, 4. refs calling the game against the Aztecs, 5. too many TV timeouts, 6. lack of beer sales in Viegas. Good teams almost always make a run at every level of basketball. The better teams just have more runs. The Aztecs made more runs against Nevada and were clearly the better team. No cause of concern.
