Jim Harbaugh may not have been good enough to be the coach of the Aztecs but he may be able to find consolation as a Super Bowl head coach.
The 49ers may have had a mediocre first half (especially defensively), but they took over the game in the 2nd, and if not for a fumble and a missed field goal they would have been even more dominant on the scoreboard.
So it will be San Francisco VS the AFC Champs in two weeks.
We'll see in just a few hours who their opponents will be. My bet is SF VS NE.

So much for my prediction. That's OK, I really dislike the Patriots.
Get ready for the Harbaugh Bowl, The HarBowl. Which Harbaugh will bring home the Vince Lombardi Trophy?

I fear that Coach Harbaugh's interest in coaching Aztec football is about as close to greatness the program may well acheive. His "I can fix this" attitude may have taken the program to a level of success not since Claude Gilbert. Now that it's obvious, (according to posters), men's basketball is a sinking ship and we will have nothing to look forward to but TG in the spring, I propose we drop all men's major programs and bring back men's volleyball and get rid of the Padres and Chargers and root for the Giants and 49er's.

Well, you are half wrong already. Baltimore is out and Ray Lewis is thinking of a comeback. Now on to the San Francisco Forty ^uc&ers (From here on to be known as the Santa Clara Dunbartons) and Nevada's Colin. Go Carolina! More importantly - Go Seahawks. As to the Dunbarton coach, I have always been a Chicago Bear fan and Harbaugh was as crummy a quarterback as the unheralded Bobby Douglas. Harbaugh also whines like Jerry Rice. In the interest of full disclosure, I was a long time Bay Area resident, with a degree from a Bay Area university who has hated the Dunbartons since the Jerry Rice whine days. Jerry Rice whine tastes moldy and the alcoholic content is insufficient to hide the crummy taste. LOL
