SHOT CLOCK OPINION: Leave it as is. Lowering it will decrease passing and team work and will resemble the NBA where isolation plays and one on one plays dominate!

2.6 qualifies for the dean's list at UConn Well at many schools 2.7 is a B-, so it's not a terrible benchmark.

The worst SDSU had it for departures was 1 hotshot taking off to Cal. & 1 WAC FOY getting homesick and transferring to WA! That's all I can think of.

Being from such a fertile recruiting ground benefits us here as well as lots more homesick kids like Seau would come back if they didnt have to sit out IMO.

Limited the transfer period from Jan 1 to Jan 15th. Gives deprting team time to replace with similiar transfer, JUCO or new freshman. Kid has advertised to other coaces he is avaailable. Fair to both sides.

This would be great for basketball but a mixed bag or even a negative for football, depending on where we end up both in conference an tv contract.

as usual the better teams will get better and the programs needing more help will get screwed, in all sports. Maybe they could help schools save some money and cut down on scholarships while they are at it .

Kevin Craft went juco first and his dad just got fired so I'm not sure I'd count that one. Now, how many times has SDSU gotten transfers from worse schools looking to attend a better situation? Malcolm Thomas, Tyrone Shelley, Kassim Osgood, Kassim Osgood played basketball? I know Kevin played basketball at SDSU because he sure couldn't cut football. HAM
