woke up with the hangover from hell yesterday and swore to never to drink eggnog again, which derailed my hopes of a week of tailgating. anyhow, Go AZTECS!!!

I was also planning on heading in around 11 but if gates open earlier than that I might have to change plans.. either way i'll be jazzed up when 5 oclock rolls around.. and I feel sorry for any BYU fans that may be sitting around me...

PARKING LOT OPENS AT 8:00A
WE SHOULD GET THERE EARLY.. EARLY.. EARLY!!
With only 14,000 spaces for 66,000 seats at Qualcomm Stadium, the stadium
parking lot is expected to be full two hours before game time. If you are
planning on driving to the stadium, we strongly urge you to carpool with
four people or more and to arrive two or three hours before game time. The
Qualcomm Stadium parking lot opens at 8 a.m.
Overflow Parking Areas
We encourage fans to research alternative traffic routes when attending the
San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl. Interstate 15 to Friars Rd is
the most congested traffic artery into Qualcomm Stadium and can expect heavy
traffic and major delays. We strongly urge fans to arrive early, carpool or
use the San Diego Trolley. The stadium parking lot can be expected to close
almost two hours prior to kickoff during events with capacity crowds.
