Many of us out-of-towners would love to see this game.
Thanks for your assistance.

I'll keep my fingers crossed!
During the regular season, I was not able to watch it on the usual FirstRow, AdNet for >95% of the games trying to steam from out of the country.

What matters is the channel it's on. If it's SD only like ch4, or even semi-SD only like the Laker Channel or FOX SD no San Diegean will bother to stream it, if it's on ESPN, someone somewhere in the country will stream it, if it's on NBC or CBS cable channels it better be a monster game. This is on ESPN, you will most likely get to see it.

I think ESPN automatically streams their games on ESPN3. OP, just hop on ESPN at 5 p.m. SD time Thursday and you should see a window saying something like "Poinsettia Bowl: Watch Live!". Click on that and you're good to go.

I work and live in Taiwan. Yes. It kills me when an alumnus like myself cannot watch it. As long it is being streamed I don't mind getting up early in the wee hours (different time zones) ;D
