Don't forget Embernate. Also wouldn't be surprised if Alec Johnson found himself on a practice squad.

not escobar. he is a sophomore. If I am not wrong, he is ineligible.

not escobar. he is a sophomore. If I am not wrong, he is ineligible. he's a junior, and he redshirted - he could have declared last year if he wanted to

not escobar. he is a sophomore. If I am not wrong, he is ineligible. A true soph can't declare for the draft. A redshirt soph can. so gavin could have left last year. I don't think Alec will get drafted. It's even a long shot for him to get invited to a team's training camp. Embernate might end up being an undrafted free agent. He very well can then make that team. But I just don't see him getting drafted. if he does, it will be a 6th/7th. With that, he is better off not getting picked. He will get more money and get to chose from multiple team. so, it looks like escobar and mcfadden will be the only ones drafted.

Escobar could go pretty high. Saw an article saying he might go in the second round.

There was a time when I believe the number was close to 30 Aztecs in the NFL. Top 20 pipeline at the time.
How times change.

Escobar will be the 3rd TE off the board after Zach Ertz (Stanford) and Tyler Eifert (ND). That usually translates into mid 2nd to early 3rd. McFadden is the top CB on the west coast, and probably the best Senior CB in the country. I wouldn't be surprised to see him run in the low 4.4's and sneak into the bottom of the 1st, but he should be off the board by the end of the 2nd day regardless. He's a bigger, better version of Alterraun Verner a couple of years ago.

Todd McShay says Escobar 2nd or 3rd round.

Todd McShay says Escobar 2nd or 3rd round. I wouldn't put to much stock in McShay. He has Jarvis Jones of Georgia going number 13 in his mock draft. That is ridiculous. Easily a top 3 pick
