Does anyone else ge the feeling that sdsu is gonna make this guy a SG? we are recruiting 3 2014 PG in McGlaughlin, PJC, and josh perkins and dont seem to be going after that many SG... wade seems to be more of a wing/small forward type. with d'erryl and matt both being "freshman" next year there really isnt a whole lot of need at SG and there still would be at PG which is what ouur recruiting is illustrating as well.

Honestly, no, I don't think so ... BUT like almost everyone else on state, he might be asked to play multiple positions. He's a little short, but he's physical enough to even play the 3.

He is a natural point, but definitely has the size and strength to play the SG too. Gives the roster some nice flexibility and allows for flexibility in recruiting.

It's D'Erryl Williams. Don't feel bad not knowing the nickname, it's pretty dumb.

I would venture SG , to be a Scoring Guard, does not really matter if you do it by shooting threes or by hitting two point jumpers or driving to the hoop. So for right now X, D-ILL , Shrigley, could share that position. Unless we add a true SG.Also if the guys up front continue to improve the offense could shift to one similar to the style we had with Thomas, White, Leonard. Buy the way is Duane Polee D.P. II or D. P. III.
