I would too. He can be dominant if healthy.
Then again, he could be Mark Pryor 2.0 Be sure to get him in the cheap.

With the fences being moved in, it won't be the ultra-pitcher's haven it's been so far, so it's not quite as optimal for a pitcher to resurrect his career. He's got considerable upside, but also high risk. Get him cheap and don't expect the ballpark to erase all his mistakes.

The fences will make very little difference. The big difference in Petco is Doubles. Some triples will turn into doubles and some doubles will turn into home runs. Overall little difference.
