The one game this year not televised! I'm tempted to fly out there.

This is one of those games you can get for $9.95 (month)...or I guess from someone's online stream. Remember to cancel after the game if you order.

Beware - this has T R A P written all over it - long trip to obscure spot playing a team that has nothing to lose - time for the Aztec D to jell, for Rahon to find his shot and for all of them to hit their free throws.

They haven't even been close to gelling. Give them ten games and we will know who we have.

Surprised no one mentioned SDSU's big NIT win over Mizzou St. a few years ago. I'm sure they've been itching for a rematch ever since. That's the game where Heath launched a game-winning 26-foot trey with 5 seconds left and a guy in his face. I don't believe there was TV for that game either, but I remember listening to Uncle Ted. (Also saw some replays on the internet.) SDSU had run down the shot clock, but Heath got caught outside and had no choice but to launch. Drilled it. Dude was fearless. scores.espn.go.com/ncb/gamecast?gameId=270732623&version=mobile

Ha. Didn't see that.
Heath drove me nuts all year long with his step-back three. Guys would guard him at the arc, so he just started stepping back 2 to 5 feet behind the arc. His 3-pt. shooting was down significantly because of it, but that didn't stop him or slow him down. If you notice in the highlights, he hit a similar trey in the first half.
