I took it upon myself to start a positivity thread, For so many of us Aztec fans sabotage our lives with negative mantras of self loathing. When we're not beating ourselves up for our shortcomings, we beat our fellow Aztec fans up for theirs, some of us, even I am guilty of this, come down on our team and its athletes.
How often have you thought of yourself as the all seeing eye, and that The difference between you and most fans was that you have been blessed with an uncanny ability to gauge what true talent is, and the subtleties of the game that many overlook you can see. Yes, we are more alike than you'd wish to think. For I feel the same way about myself. The truth is, none of us have such insight, and if we did, we have gone down the wrong path in our lives.
I want this thread to be a positivity thread, and for all us aztec fans out there whom have something positive and inspiring to say about our athletic program, about its athletes, about each other even, say it here, and say it now.
let us join hands, my fellow Aztec fans, and put down the hubris that has divided us for so long. Let us gather our hearts for once, and say together, that we believe in the Aztecs, and each other.
I will start by saying this: Tapley is damn good.

I love how Fisher is always able to get our basketball team to mesh, and to think about how they can work on getting better as Individuals, and as a team! What a great role Model to have for a young man. We should count our blessings that he came to our school. One need look no further than all those banners that hang from the rafters to find a reason to be proud.

I thoroughly enjoyed watching the Zoob Fight Club video that was posted. Watched it three times. Hopefully, their suspensions will be lifted before the P-Bowl. Cuz Chad Young can't wait to plant his helmet into the earhole of the dude who smacked the chick.

I enjoyed watching Tapley and JFrank exchange hi-fives after each score the had a hand in. Those two are obviously good pals, and work well together. JFrank can dunk that ball harder than anybody I've ever see in person. He just slams it home, and leaves the crowd crying out for more!

Our football team continues to make huge strides forward. In his second season as head coach, Rocky Long and the football team have the opportunity to win the MWC! Who would have thunk it with how the season started? Not I! What a great year to be an AZTEC!!!
