I love my new seats this year, but i could run a lot more smack at the opposing team and explain the rules of the game to refs sitting courtside -- if I made the kind of duckets to afford it.
As I write this 5 minutes into the 2nd half, there's like 30 empty Gucci Row seats tonight. I'm more than happy to fill a couple of them if you can't make a game, Mr. Captain of Industry. Don't let those seats go to waste.
Call me maybe.

Cuz what I wanna do is lateral my pretty good seats for somebody else's good seats. Whether there were more or less empties in other areas is beside the point. For my own admittedly selfish reasons, I'm willing to sit in Gucci seats if that board of directors meeting runs late.

Well I liked the original post, why pay the big bucks if you aren't going to use the best seats in the house?

Try my best, but sometimes you can't make it to EVERY game.

I will take a couple of those seats too. RB Junior at 11 years old loves yelling at the zebras.
"What game are you watching zebras!" "Did you leave your glasses at home?"

For 2 grand a seat, everybody should get their own individual zebra to yell at.

If I still lived in La Jolla, I'd get a couple seats there for the same reason as the OP. It might be a shocker to some, but I'm a sarcastic trash-talker with what scouts describe as an endless motor...mouth. I have some friends that are the same.
I'd be hoarse by halftime. lol

They're not much money for the value you get too.
I have a lot more fun at Viejas than at Staples watching the Lakers. That's without the cost considered. Factor in the cost and the value skyrockets.

Try my best, but sometimes you can't make it to EVERY game. I think most of you are missing the point. As season ticket holders we have a reponsibility to ensure our seats are used at every game. It's very easy to give tickets away on this board (NOT SELL). Those seats should never go empty. I have season tickets (only average seats) and have already given away five games (4 in the future) with ease, inlcuding last nights game just 1 hour before tipoff. If you can afford Gucci row, you shouldn't have any problem picking up the $3.50 email transfer fee either...

False for you, true for me! That's why your seats go empty and mine dont. Good for you. I am genuinely happy that you choose to make sure that your seats are filled. It's great for the atmosphere. Nobody who buys season tickets has the responsiblity to do anything. They donated, they paid for them, they can do whatever they want with them when it comes to who does or who doesn't sit in their seats.

I can't really argue with that line of thinking, but the world and Viejas would certainly be a better place if more people thought like me What do you have against giving away tickets that you aren't going to use?

What do you have against giving away tickets that you aren't going to use? Nothing at all. The only thing I am against is someone telling others what their "responsiblities" are for something that they purchased on their own. They can do whatever they want with the tickets. Leave them alone.
