Spurs win. Spurs up 2 with 9 seconds left. Gasol wants to get the ball to Kobe but Kawhi's covering Kobe like a blanket so Pao's forced to take a bad shot and misses.
Spurs 7-1 not a bad start to their season.

KL guarded Koby on the last play. Covered him well enough to keep the ball out of his hands. Good job on D. Good game.

I love how without a doubt, they ALWAYS throw in a "The former San Diego State" star whenever he does something good, or in the highlights.
Only a matter of time until we're retiring Kawhi's #15 ...words dont describe how happy and proud I am to see him be so successful in the NBA. Look at what he created in his wake, he is the definitive turning point of this program from very good to great, and he is already a MAJOR piece to the best team in the NBA, guarding the best player in the league..

I think they also would credit him with an assist on the game-winner.

Go Spurs! +100000 I can't stand the laker bandwagoners Like it or not San Diego is a Laker town. No one likes the millions of bandwagoners, but that comes with having the best organization in the NBA. The Lakers have more knowledgeable diehards than any other NBA team (along with the Celtics) and tons of L.A. natives move to S.D. Plus, that "armpit" can be a very cool place.

I remember the Laker bandwagon was pretty empty in the 90's.
