Both of the guys at Rivals and Scout mentioned that Dion Wade is the backup option if Hamilton went elsewhere. Scott from Scout mentioned that Dion father played for Michigan when Fisher was an assistant there. Anyone with addtional information on Dion Wade please fill us in because there are not too much information on him right now. rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/player-Dion-Wade-143873

Maybe bekays or someone on top of the recruiting scene can give us a list of recruits still on the board that would fill the bill as a PG in 2013? Are there any JC players that could transfer in & make an impact??

A PG we offered last year, Chris Harrison-Docks, announced he was leaving Butler a few days ago.

Jordan McLaughlin is still out there, but as a PG option. The same teams that want Isaac want him. If a team like UNLV is saying Issac will play PG, that should help us out with some other guys too.

We really don't need another point guard for the 2013 class because we have Williams coming in, who will sign his LOI today along with Dakarai Allen. Don't forget that Thames also has one more year.
Shep running the point is nice and all, but we need someone who can also shoot the ball running the show, and right now, Shep has offensive issues.
What we ready need is a SG and a PF or two.

Are there any JC players that could transfer in & make an impact?? Why would we need another PG in 2013? We already landed Williams and we have Thames back for another year with Winston Shepherd who can play the position. We will most likely go after anther PG in 2014. If for some reason the staff things Williams is a better fit at the 2, I think Brandon Randolph is still out there?

If Hamilton were to sign with UCLA tomorrow then should the Aztecs go after Allerik Freeman? He play the same position as Hamilton and is out of Findlay Prep. He is a four star shooting guard who has verballed to UCLA but has yet to sign the LOI. Fisher and Shepard can convince him to come to SDSU because he play a position of need for the Aztecs in 2013 and UCLA has to many shooting guard commits. rivals.yahoo.com/ucla/basketball/recruiting/player-Allerik-Freeman-105866

Great all around game. However he is scheduled to sign his LOI with UCLA tomorrow. Hamilton isn't going UCLA.

Thames and then D'Erryl Williams will make better point guards for these next several years anyway.

Has Freeman sign yet? If not then Tony Bland and Shepard should go hard after him.

I think Freeman is just waiting to see if Hamilton will be signing with UCLA before he reopen up his recruiting again. Well at least that's what I'm hoping for.
