How does a 1 - 9 or 2 - 8 team make the playoffs in D-I or D-II.
I understand it in the real small schools, but it make little sense.

It said Cathedral was 2nd because the other team had more a better record against D I teams. This season that is stupid because Helix beat 3 of the 4 top D I seeds. ?

Hmmmm.....Chula Vista hosts Rancho Buena Vista. My alma mater Spartans might have a chance to win this game with the Longhorns' star running back Sayers injured.

Glad to see Brawley strong! VC played Imperial and they have a stud RB just as Brawley does. Will be a good contest.

Poway HS ready to take on Helix in the semis. Ugly win against Westview. They will need a much more complete game against them if they want a rematch against the Pirates in the Finals. On the plus side, my soph JV son who got moved up got a few plays in this game!!

Valley Center dodged a bullet and won a game that Mar Vista deserved to win. Nest up is Saints. VC will need much more magic in this one.
