Hey thank you for announcing that u guys are officially out of the running for Issac and Daniel Hamilton. Hope your ten McDonald's all American transfers pan out since programs aren't built on transfers. Rule of thumb is 3 transfer per every two year cycles or u have deficient classes down the road. Although Dave Rice wouldn't know this since he is banking on leaving after the 2013 season or being fired after 2015. were the favorites to get Hamilton. Last time I checked, Anthony Marshall is a senior and will be graduating. No point guard for the 2013 season and you guys have one scholarship left. What to do with the remaining scholarship. Maybe Mike Mosser can bring up the ball as a point/forward. Why on earth would Hamilton go to UNLV when u guys have 30 small guard on the roster. Something to think about. College basketball is ruled by point guards and no matter how many PF or center you have someone needs to bring up the ball.

Yeah, just like you guys were the favorites for landing Shabazz. The backpeddling you Rebs posted when the bRuins signed him was hilarious. LOL

Drop UCSB and pickup Arizona, SDSU walks away and pickup Louisville. Just time to step up the competition for a better RPI and you don't get that palying Big Lots teams. 4 of 6. But I guess we'll have that on you forever...

SO they aren't ducking you, they are just ramping up that schedule.

Love this rivalry. Were getting players like Anthony Bennett and khem birch ships your getting Dwayne Poole and jj o Brian. those don't compare. Kruger recruited those guys.......should be fun this year... I wouldn't even call it a rivalry, we will sweep you guys this year.

Uh, Daquan Cook is a pure PG we picked up in the 2012 class, Reinhardt will get a reserve role at PG this year that could be expanded upon in 2013 if Cook doesn't step into the role immediately...Jelan Kendrick was also recruited as a combo-guard that could play the point.. However you spin it, UNLV is loaded with elite 4-5 star talent at every position and year 1 with that talent starts now. So your preconceived assumptions on how UNLV will compete with that talent are just that, ASSumptions. Yeah we missed on Bazz, you also called us delusional for thinking we'd land Bennett..Gotta take the good with the bad, considering one player is being investigated by the NCAA and looking at suspensions from ill-received benefits and one isn't..I think UNLV came out o-kay. Meanwhile SDSU is fighting for tablescrap Big West recruits like 0star scrubs like Der'reyll Williams(Good job beating out San Fran, Long Beach, and UCSB for that kid LMAO )

Well, this is the worst Aztectalk beatdown in recent memory.
UNLV will not be on our radar in a few months after Fisher's bunch sweeps them again this year.

Fish>Bowl Kutz. Oh, and you forgot to mention D'Erryl was offered by Marquette. But we'll make sure to keep this comment for future reference should you off-strip drivethrough-working douchebags ever decide to grow a pair and schedule us OOC.

i JUST found out that vegas-nevada hasn't won the MW regular season since 1999-2000. holy hell no wonder they are so stoked on a relatively good roster. and then i laughed out loud when i re-realized they hadn't won a tournament ON THEIR HOME FLOOR in the past 5 years. and i use "their home floor" very loosely. It's arguably the most overrated basketball program in the country. Every year the Rebels pull off a big OOC upset and then all the lame assed members of the media too lazy to pay close attention to what they do thereafter start mentioning them for the Elite Eight. Then every year as the season PROgresses the Rebels REgress.
