insider.espn.go.com/blog/ncfrecruiting/on-the-trail/post?id=20980ESPN Insider article gives first few paragraphs though. States ASU, Washington, Utah, and Tulane are all after him as well, ASU particularly is trying to get him out for visits. We need to stay on this kid otherwise we will lose him. His only other offer right now is NAU but it looks like ASU will definately offer with others close behind.

When you are a middle of the road D1 program and you have committments from good players, they will be recruited and they will listen to other programs.
Hopefully we can keep the guy if Rocky and staff want him.

there is little doubt the Aztecs need a quality CB, There will be an opportunity for a quality player - to replace an AZTEC DB who will playing in the NFL ,next year. What ever coach that did the work to get the verbal should make sure he stays in touch .

Batiste is so far the best commit of the class, he is a corner that can make a big impact as a freshman, have to keep him.

And he was born there. It would be shocking if a school with that downtrodden of a program won't offer him.

Would guess who ever the coach was doing the recruing to get his verbal. Has stated the positives of his becoming an Aztec- opportunity to replace DB headed to the NFL ...., plus his family having an easier time seeing him play in person or on TV.. Also where he would prefer to live after he finishes football. Now the coach should just continue to stay in touch to fim up the relationship.

If he wants SDSU gear, you would think he is still on the path to SDSU.... For now.
