He'd be the best recruit to ever come to SDSU and it wouldn't even be close.

He'd be the best recruit to ever come to SDSU and it wouldn't even be close. Better than Evan Burns? Doubtful. I have never seen this guy play and he is obviously extremely athletic. Those hops are ridiculous. But 6'0 players like this generally want the ball all the time which leads to poor team chemistry. If he is a team player, then I say go after him. But if he requires the ball to be a good player, then I say pass.

I'm not a very educated eye, but he sure looks good. How are his defensive skills? If anyone has seen him play, does he force the ball to the rim TOO much? (ignoring open guys) I know he is fantastic taking the rock to the hole, but not if he has multiple TOs per game forcing too much.

C'mon BBA, you know this belongs in the recruiting forum - you just started a thread about him just a few days ago. Yes, we did see it over there.

IWW two things that I like a lot 1. Timing on defense, hard to teach, myou tend to have it or not 2. Change of direction, he is very smooth and is going at a different angle without losing speed... And or before the defender has realized it... I know it is a mix tape, but I liked the tendency to dish as we have tons of finishers.

He'd be the best recruit to ever come to SDSU and it wouldn't even be close. Agreed. He already has a mature game. Handles, jumper, quickness, court vision, leaping ability, bball intelligence...

Wow.
He has some Kobe in his game. At this point, given that the Aztecs have been consistently ranked with NCAA appearances, I would have to believe SDSU could be a possibility if he likes San Diego and Coach Fisher.

From what I have heard from my contact's personal experience, Evan Burns is the most talented player to wear red and black in the Fisher era. Winston is again some ahead of Burns. Winston will be the most gifted athlete we have seen since, and possibly including Cage.

If given a #1 PG ranking, I'd have to assume because of his skills on both ends of the court, not just offense. I like his elevation, quickness and distribution. He's a threat to score but can find the open man when defenders double team. Those blocks were pretty sweet, that's elevation, homie. Oldie Out

Two threads of the same person in less than a week?
I think this is BBA's new crush.
