We don't have a mature D line and it is killing us. They get no pressure without the blitz.

D Line gave out in Q3, special teams took wrong train to QCOM , never arrived.

Two observations. One, defensive line seems to lack technique. On pass rush they seem to just try to push straight forward without any stunts, spin moves, etc. Offensive linemen thus just have to stand them up without moving much. Second, the defensive backs, except McFadden, never look back to the ball. On the second to last drive one DB ran into the player for a penalty and a couple of plays later the DB on the touchdown pass didn't look back and the receiver just made quick adjustment to the ball. This happened last week several times.

And we will struggle with this for the rest of the season. We can't search the waiver wire or make a trade. Enjoy the ride. There will be a lot of 42-38 victories and losses this year. We are who we are, the Aztecs of the old WAC.

I thought we looked confused enough.

The d line could of at least put their hands up if they get through and try to bat some passes down. San Jose certainly batted some passes today. Agreed with you guys, we need defensive coordinator, not rocky long. Defensive coordinator can best see the game if they are sitting up in the skybox rather than on the field. Really need to get this $#!+ straight or Boise will score 100 points on us.

If your going to be on the sideline folks, make yourself useful and help the team out. It's the little things that we are not doing that is catching up to us. And that is coaching. We have the horses to win this race...
