o.k. sports fans, have your say and why.
If you could have all 3, you can also post the order that you want them in.
To me a football stadium would make the biggest impact so I voted for that. If I could have all 3, I would first go for the Practice Facility followed by the stadium because it would be easier to get the money for the Practice facility.

New athletic facility annex to include: Increased training space, lounge area, study resources, and dining for all athletes. 2 basketball gyms. And enough extra operating dollars to adequately staff the entire facility with tutors, advisors, trainers, and food service from August to May.

Stadium only if they provide damn good parking. Otherwise, basketball facility.

I don't think a on campus Stadium is feasible. We are on a perfect location now and just need to have some leadership in the City to cooperate with the SDSU Administration to redevelop.

Yup, a football field will end up someplace else, this will help the overall program

This is kind of irrelevant as one is nearly funded and another is just someones wet dream.

Guinness Beer and it would be free for all season ticket holders. There would also be free guest beers from local microbreweries around California and from major breweries from Germany and other countries. I want to emphasize that it is all free. Does that impact your choice in the survey? I won't even tell you about the bar maids that will be serving you.

They are probably going to get the basketball facility since it does not take much room to build. It may be rebuilt/or put in a in a building we have already.
The Football Stadium is the most challenging one to do, of course, and will take almost a miracle to accomplish. Either, some buildings would have to go along will lots of fill-in on a canyon, or taking out a large section of the campus and moving it to another area in order to make room for a stadium. Who knows?!

If SDSU gave Sanchez Navarro exclusive rights to sell beer on campus for the next 50 years, he would fund a new first class state-of-the-art, on-campus stadium in a heartbeat. Anyone know if Hirshman drinks Corona?

IMO in terms of building tradition and a steady fan base our football program will never get over the proverbial hump until we construct an on-campus stadium.

Football Stadium of course. But that dream went out the door when they built the V on top of Aztec Bowl. Only hope for new stadium is on the current site or downtown... in all probability shared with the chargers (yuck!). I believe SDSU will have a BB practice facility on campus within 5 years.

Isn't the communter school thing changing? I thought it was mandatory all freshman live on campus now. Either way i'd like both. Take over Hardy elementary school. Residents eat it, You knew you bought next to a major university, duh...Also, take over qualcomm sight and build student housing and a real Aztec village, research facilities, additional classrooms. IF beer cannot be sold than sdsu police can just have a lax policy on the "red cup" law. ;D Support local surrounding businesses and they will support SDSU. But either way AZTEC for LIFE.
