Can you loan the football team a place kicker for a few weeks?

Doing some very early last minute work on the computer before heading to the airport, I had on my "tvtalk", (AKA the PAC-12 Network, which, by the way, bears a striking resemblance to theMTN). That said, I hear "San Diego State", which piqued my interest. It was a PAC-12 Network soccer program and they were talking about how good the SDSU men's soccer team should be this year. I wish the men's football program drew that much respect.

volleyball and women's soccer start out undefeated, and men's soccer has a strong schedule ahead of them. pretty sweet beginning for the sports program as a whole.
all of SDSU's teams will benefit from changing conferences.

Exactly, and we still have only petty cash to work with. Once the real money comes in we'll be able to rehire laid-off coaches and trainers, build some long-delayed capital projects, add teams, do serious marketing, and more. If you think the athletic department is rolling now, check back in three years. It'll be so great even a retired baggage handler in Salt Lake City will be glad we moved to the BE. Maybe.
