In the following article, notice the limit on how much you can spend on healthcare posed by the Massachusetts plan and how that limit may well become the law of the land.

Think about that. You are willing to pay a doctor out of pocket but the feds tell you, "Sorry, Charlie, it's the law." At that point a black market in health care will become fact, a market in which the rich will be pretty well and everybody else will get screwed.
