Some States are rejecting the massive growth and expense that ObamaKare is trying to hand around their necks. Just what do you want? Bankrupt the States as well as the Federal Government? We need reform, but articles like this and uninformed comments like yours do not help.

I am MUCH more informed than you as I read news and gather information from sources other than the wing-nut right web sites you rely on.

I dont understand the argument for why the current system should be retained over a single-payer system?

I dont understand the argument for why the current system should be retained over a single-payer system? I can see a way for a single payer system to be a positive step. It can be addressed without this child like defense of ObamaKare and attack on States who see the problem for what it is. A single payer system could root out a lot of redundancy, fraud, and administrative overlaps. It would have to be outside the Federal Government and developed incrementally with other logical reforms.

Now that you have retired from Federal Civil Service I can't help but think that it has become more efficient.
