I guess this is why you go after great athletes, they can play where you need them. I know SFG reiterates it on the recruiting board, it seems the best solution to not waste a scholarship.
It also says we must have some decent RBs.

Yeah, no doubt. Everybody knows what Walter and Adam can do but wait until you guys see Chase Price run. Guy is a little tank and has a nice burst to him too. Hardwick is just insanely fast and Garrett is a nice all around back.
We're definitely in good shape at the position.

How big is he? Was he a safety in HS?

How big is he? Was he a safety in HS? Doesn't matter what he did in HS, that is over with. His size doesn't matter either. Rocky wouldn't have moved him to safety if he thought the guy couldn't play that position.

Rocky knows what he's doing, I'm sure he will be a good DB.

[/quote Not all that concerned, just curious as I am stuck on a boat with limited access and have been out of touch for 6 & 1/2 weeks!

RBs = Best athletes on the field = most versatile.
It's Rocky's way.
Wright was probably the best HS RB out of the state of Nevada, another plus.
Oldie Out

(especially when he wasn't questioning King Rock's infallible knowledge).

No need to question someone who is smarter than you and knows more about the game. Especially when you are just fans. Never said Fishin'Aztec was questioning him. Probably cam off that way though.

How big is he? Was he a safety in HS? He's 5-11 205, he was a corner in S.

Some of us do know a little bit about football, obviously not as much as Rocky, but you get the point.

Problem is that everyone thinks they are part of the 3%.

Problem is that everyone thinks they are part of the 3%. I'll admit right now I'm not one of the 3% you mention. However, since I readily admit that, you're incorrect that 100% of the board thinks they know a lot about football. Also, we've had some ADs who obviously knew even less than I do. So I hope you're not implying that because I'm not one of the 3% that I shouldn't be putting in my .02 here.
