I just noticed how much Aztec crap I have in my mancave and wondered if it was similar to you other Aztec maniacs. I was going to take pics, but that would take too long. This is what I have: Stained glass aztec helmet thing. #23 BBall jersey Faulk stitched, authentic looking jersey black (framed) Hillman stitched, authentic looking jersey white(game day) Faulk, Sipe, Morrison jerseys from games Aztec rally towels Aztec Pennants, 2 Aztec pompoms Faulk bobble-head 3'x5' Aztec Flag Aztec hardhat Aztec license plate with mayan temple background. An SDSU diploma lol Aztec blanket, my dogs' favorite btw 2002 Game worn #57 football jersey (no name, prolly RS player) The pic is of an Aztec banner I got at, you guessed it, SeaWorld. And that's just in my mancave! haha I have an SDSU surfboard in the making, just a beater that I'm painting up, and a helmet I need to get decals for. So, What cool Aztec stuff do you guys have? and yes, I know my phone camera sucks

I just noticed how much Aztec crap I have in my mancave and wondered if it was similar to you other Aztec maniacs. Your lucky to have a Mancave! All my stuff is in the garage in plastic bins because My kids are in all my rooms. Here is a small sample of SDSU stuff I have. plus.google.com/photos/113833002365854250301/albums/5204824164197463201One of my favorite things I have is a Nike shoe signed by the Sweet 16 hoops team. I also have all the bobble heads and a full sized Aztec football helmet. I have all the Aztec mini helmets. (Even the old black one) I am a huge Aztec hoarder but I have slowed down over the past couple of years. I am now focused on quality over quantity.

The one thing I'm really missing from my collection is an Aztec football helmet.

A couple of comments...
First, laaztec...nice SDSU stuff but the photo of the Halibut in Alaska is awesome!
Next, I'm a lifelong San Diego sports fan. Aztecs, Chargers, Pads. Only when my daughter went to THE Ohio State University did I become a Buckeye fan. The first trip I took to Columbus I was astounded that seemingly EVERYBODY was wearing Scarlet and Grey. I asked one middle school aged boy to try to count up how many clothing items he had that were OSU oriented. It took him about 5 minutes to contemplate, but eventually he said "twenty three, but my little brother has more than me". There are dozens of store in Ohio that sell nothing but OSU stuff.
Any random day in Columbus looks like "game day" here in SD.
Big 10 and SEC schools absolutely dominate their towns.
Go Aztecs!

yea, there really isn't much else going on in those towns besides sports teams though. And many San Diegans are transplants from other states so that doesnt help

My gear is mostly clothing. I need to step my game up. I'm getting more into the DIY stuff. Got a few pop warner helmets at the swap meet, sanded them down, painted one red and one black, now just need decals

Speaking of AZTEC gear and all things related... So I'm shopping for school supplies for my son at the Clairemont Mesa Wal-Mart on my way to work (way too early this morning) and as I stand there triple checking my list so I don't forget anything, I look up and see a selection of AZTEC stuff near the gardening department. Logo drinking glasses, shot glasses, koozies (sp?), license plate frames, neoprene drinking glass coasters - and then I see it. I have to take a second look to make sure I am not mistaken. An AZTEC bumper sticker (block SD logo with Aztecs (A with the spear) for.....ten cents! That's right, a qualilty bumper sticker marked down to one dime. Couldn't wait to get home and slap that bad boy on my truck. How I love a deal (especially after dropping over $80 on school supplies). kman out

First, laaztec...nice SDSU stuff but the photo of the Halibut in Alaska is awesome! Thanks! 220 lbs. of fish. I know a lot of guys that had some well over 300 lbs so my feels kind of small compared but it was fun to bring in.
