I am a believer in precedent. Gonzage provides that in the form of an obscure BB program from an obscure BB conference that has become a perrenial power nationally. For those that say that going to the BW will ruin Aztecs BB, I point to Gonzaga as an example of a program that, despite it's own lack of history and conference affiliation has risen to prominence. I think Aztecs BB, at this point, is far ahead of where Gonzaga was in 1997. coachjerrykrauseonline.com/Book%20Other%20Bravehearts.htm

So we're hoping WS cries at center court after a Sweet 16 loss?
That's messed up.

What has been SDSU's signature regular season non conference win, during the Fisher era?

There still seems to be a little paranoia even after 10 months.
If Ball St can do it.....

What has been SDSU's signature regular season non conference win, during the Fisher era? Either San Diego Christian or Fullerton St. Some argue Point Loma Nazarene.

Here's a super easy way to explain this to some of you... An ESPN video titled "Summer Shootaround: Non-Big Six", going over the non-bcs schools that are likely to make a splash nationally. espn.go.com/video/clip?id=8160961Last year LBSU raped the Big West and went just as far in the NCAA's as UNLV and SDSU. They bring in talent and again will have one of the toughest OOC's in the country. Any mention? This is what "exposure" is.

I figured a coach as great as Fisher won't have to resort to cupcaking his schedule with non D1 schools. No wonder he wanted to join the BW, since every BW school schedules at least one non D1 school each year.

Nah, he's not above that, as evidenced by his being ok with adding 16 non D1 schools to the schedule next year.
