The shortage of physicians in the U.S. was already a problem before the Democrats decided that they would essentially overhaul the entire system of health care in this country. Now it will get worse. Main lesson: expanded health insurance coverage is good, but that is not the same as better health care quality. In fact, it does not even equate to the same level of care that we now have.
