In trying to figure out a way to both save all those Indian jobs and to keep the EPA mandate for the environment, I run into that proverbial brick wall. Putting modern scrubbers on the plants is an answer, but who pays? Close down the Dept of Education and use some of the savings to solve this problem? Naw, just let Arizona and the Indians "eat cake".
